ProShop ERP Sysytem<\/h3>\n

We\u2019re excited to power our operations with the ProShop ERP system<\/a>. MasterCam\u00ae software<\/strong><\/a> (CAM = Computer Aided Manufacturing) is able to import to machine all major brands of CAD systems: Catia, ACIS, IGES, DXF, VDA-FS, Parasolids, SolidEdge Files & SolidWorks Files.<\/p>\n

The software, by means of animation, moves the part through the entire machining process to an image of the exact part. This capability allows for changes and adjustments to be made prior to cutting any material. The file when complete and approved is loaded into the machine. <\/p>\n

Criterion machinists, using MasterCam\u00ae, can now view parts from the file stage to the completed part stage. This capability translates to machining and producing parts with shorter production times and less scrap.<\/p>\n

Solidworks\u00ae<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We use Solidworks\u00ae software<\/a> to boost productivity and streamline our workflow from concept to completion. Its powerful design and engineering tools allow us to collaborate more efficiently, reduce errors, and accelerate the decision-making process. By integrating design data into our manufacturing processes, we can identify challenges earlier and ensure that every part we machine meets exact specifications.<\/p>\n

Solidworks\u00ae also allows us to work directly from your 3D models, minimizing translation errors and reducing lead times. This seamless integration helps align engineering intent with machining execution, ensuring that your product moves swiftly from prototype to production.<\/p>\n

Autodesk PartMaker\u00ae<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Autodesk PartMaker\u00ae<\/strong><\/a> is used at Criterion to support our Swiss turning operations. Specifically designed for Swiss-style lathes, PartMaker\u00ae is an essential tool that enhances the productivity and precision of our programming team. Its specialized features allow us to fully leverage the capabilities of our Swiss machines, ensuring that even the most complex geometries are executed with confidence and consistency.<\/p>\n

PartMaker\u00ae provides our Swiss programmers with fine-tuned control over every aspect of the machining process. From multi-axis turning to live tooling operations, the software delivers the clarity and accuracy needed to program intricate components with ease. PC-DMIS CMM<\/strong><\/h3>\n

PC-DMIS CMM<\/strong><\/a> Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) Software is used in Criterion\u2019s Inspection department. Our inspectors use its powerful capabilities to measure everything from simple parts to the most complex aerospace and medical device components.<\/p>\n

PC-DMIS CMM allows our Inspection department to use CAD models in the inspection process and digitally simulate measurement in an offline virtual CMM environment to easily align complex, contoured parts using iterative alignment technology.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
